Semen Analysis Report
WHO 6th Edition (2021) · Population centile reference ranges
Detailed Results
Each gauge shows the WHO population distribution (2.5th–97.5th centile). The dark line marks the 5th centile (lower reference limit). For immotile spermatozoa, the line marks the 95th centile (upper reference limit). Your result is the coloured dot.
Important Information
This report presents results from a single semen sample assessed against the WHO Laboratory Manual for the Examination and Processing of Human Semen, 6th Edition (2021). Reference values are derived from the centile distribution of over 3,500 fertile men. The 5th centile is the lower reference limit for most parameters; the 95th centile is the upper reference limit for immotile spermatozoa. Results should be interpreted by your clinician in the context of your full medical and fertility history. A single abnormal result does not necessarily indicate a fertility problem — your doctor may recommend a repeat analysis.
